A New Fiscal Year; A New Start

It is April 1st.  A date normally associated with pranks has, for the last 24 years, been the start of my business fiscal year end.  How appropriate that today I will reactivate this site.  I will restart posting but it will be in advance of restructuring the site.  I’m sorry but I no longer find the topic of Bank Regulation to be “On Topic.”  Life is my new “On Topic.”  Give me some time to restructure the site.  In the meantime, enjoy my occasional posts when they don’t interfere with life!

Oh, off topic will now be devoted to business, economics, politics, careers, etc.
